She was first dragged to a yoga class by her eldest sister, during her college term break. She did not fall in love with yoga immediately. Instead, she found the classes were torturing due to her stiff body and weak muscles. The best thing during the end of term break was that she could escape from yoga classes. After graduation and years of desk-bound job, she decided it was time for her to make changes to her body. She tried running, badminton and swimming but could not survive all trials, due to lack of perseverance. Finally, she was involved in some dance classes and slowly picked up her interest. She started having muscles knots after a few injuries and lack of proper care during recovery. She was told about the healing power of yoga, and she decided to give it a try. Unexpectedly, she felt differently this time around compared to her past yoga experience. She started learning to combine asanas, concentration and breathing in the classes. Yoga has helped her in her physical and mental strength.
