Lori took her first yoga class in 2000 and immediately fell in love with the practice. In the beginning, Lori focused on the physical benefits of yoga. However, over the years she has to come to believe in the deeper benefits from a consistent yoga practice; compassion, meditation and the joy found in the present moment.
Lori hopes to spread her to love for yoga with others. She believes that anyone can do yoga – it’s just a matter of finding the right variations for each body. When Lori isn’t doing yoga she can be found spending time with her supportive and fun family (hubby, 2 children and Labrador Retriever), travelling around Asia, reading, cooking, drinking coffee and enjoying life. She makes a point to laugh everyday!
