Adeline has been an aerial arts junkie since 2013. She got intrigued by the pretty lines and shapes of human body could achieve by defying gravity. Adeline took her first Aerial Yoga class to celebrate her best friend’s milestones and she fell in love immediately. Fascinated by how Aerial Yoga has helped her improve mental balance and body alignment, she decided to broaden her yoga practice into taking Aerial Yoga training. In addition to being an Aerial Yogi, Adeline is also a backbend enthusiast. She takes up Contortion trainings to deepen her practice.
Out of Yoga, she can be found spending her time with her lovely cat and husband, cleaning her house, cooking or trying new cafes in town. Adeline hopes to inspire her students in finding their focus as well as building physical awareness in their movement. She believes that yoga is not a competition – it is a personal journey. What others can do, matters not, what you get is what is important.
