Ashley prefer outdoor sports since young. She adores activities under the sun such as running, cycling etc. Never thought of yoga can be so much impact on her until she attends a corporate hatha yoga class back in the year 2013. Her very first yoga class.
She believes that yoga, when practiced with awareness, creates change in the individual and restores one to a state of balance, peace, and equanimity.
