Aerial Yoga opens up a new horizon for Aurelia. Through aerial yoga poses and transitions, Aurelia is fascinated that the muscles surrounding the spine can be momentarily relaxed, creating new space for the spine to decompress.
The knowledge of Body Wisdom is further enhanced when Aurelia combines both Aerial & Mat yoga together as her regular yoga practice. From traditional mat yoga, Aurelia learnt the essence of asanas (yoga poses) is to find balance within each pose, to be fully conscious, and feel the sensation of energy flow within the body. Understanding every individual is uniquely different, Aurelia designs her aerial yoga class with the intention to let students feel energised after every class.
