Hui Tene is a passionate and dedicated individual who discovered the transformative power of aerial yoga. After experiencing a decline in physical performance and poor posture due to the lack of exercise during the covid pandemic. Hui Tene found her way to Hale Yoga studio based on a friend’s recommendation. The holistic journey in aerial yoga not only strengthened and toned her body but also taught her the importance of mindfulness and the incorporation of body mechanics to achieve poses and transitions. This newfound sense of accomplishment inspired Hui Tene to pursue a career as an aerial yoga teacher, leading her to enroll in an aerial yoga teacher training course to expand her knowledge and skills.
Beyond aerial yoga, Hui Tene enjoys participating in friendly meetups for activities such as badminton, basketball, and hiking to discover scenic places. On quieter days, she finds solace in reading and spending quality time with her beloved dog.
Hui Tene understands that aerial yoga may appear intimidating at first, but as your instructor, she encourages you to gather the courage, be confident in your abilities, and give it a try. Her goal is to provide you with a destressing and enjoyable class that you’ll always look forward to.
