Raidah’s fitness interest started back in 2014 when she was asked to participate and train for a Bootcamp Challenge. She thought, “Sure why not give it a try?” All her hard work paid off when her team won 1st place, besting many other fitter opponents. This surprising victory sparked her fitness journey (which was initially non existent!) However, her fitness streak came to a halt when she moved back to Singapore after nearly a decade abroad. Disoriented, she was caught in the relentless hectic cycle of Singapores working life.

Raidah took some years to find her calm again and stumbled upon Hale’s Aerial Yoga Classes. Intrigued, she bought the trial classpack and never looked back. She looks forward to her weekly aerial escape since then and saw tremendous improvement in her overall health. Raidah enjoyed it so much that she has introduced Aerial Yoga to many friends as she believes everyone just needs that little push to become better versions of themselves. Now, the once terrifying inversion poses (Shoulder stand & Superman) have become her personal favourites. Raidah hopes to inspire many others out there who wants to find their happy place or to simply improve their fitness in a fun way

Out of yoga, Raidah loves to eat, bake and recreate dishes. She still enjoys the occasional run and does crossfit several times a week.
