Catherine chanced upon yoga in 2012 when she stepped into her first hot yoga class and found herself deeply drawn to the beauty of the practice. She found peace and calm in her practice with a personal connection to the mind, the body and the consciousness within.
Beautiful way to celebrate life and to embrace the spirit which manifests within. She then went on to obtain her first Yoga Instructor’s Certificate awarded by the Hot Yoga Alliance in 2014 and began teaching then.
After finishing her first Yoga Teacher Training (2012) in hot yoga, Catherine continued to deepen her Yoga practice and expand the scope of her studies in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga Teacher Training certification registered with Yoga Alliance to share her yoga journey with others.Catherine love to combine creative sequencing with a focus on breath, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
Do expect an interesting class, a calm voice, a steady breath ts where she incorporates the teachings of yoga from her perspective with music, flow, meditation. She hopes to make her students feel as good as step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced
