Wanling began her yoga journey through a yoga Youtube channel and became a regular practitioner on her own. She fell in love with the challenges faced in getting into tricky poses and each failure has made her more determined to nail them.

In 2016, Wanling decided to take up her first Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her practice and developed an interest in teaching. As an injury-prone individual, she has found herself improving tremendously through alignments from yoga. She is since a firm believer that strength and flexibility go hand in hand, and pledge to help her students stretch safely along with a good workout.
