Ye Hwee first encountered meditation in 2016 whilst living in a Burmese monastery. Albeit appreciating its philosophy of non-attachment, mindfulness and the breath, it was Yoga which allowed her to realize and practise these abstractions. She believes these deeper gifts of Yoga such as quietness, freedom, and a refined awareness should be accessible to all. Thus, the connection of breath with movement forms the backbone of her classes, and she is always enthusiastic to learn from practitioners of all walks.
