Jovis has been practicing yoga since her early 20s, yoga has been a part of her daily life to keep her mind calm and positive. She believes health is by EARN (Exercise, Attitude, Rest & Nutrition), her journey with aerial yoga started in the year 2020, when she celebrated her birthday by exploring a new challenge, she fell in love with it and practice consistently to help in improving her mental balance and body alignment. “Never estimate the importance of small steps you do every day” is the philosophy she believes in.
Becoming an aerial yoga instructor is a brand-new challenge for her, comes along with excitement and responsibility. As for her, safety comes first, she hopes to help her student to achieve continuous improvement and wish to celebrate every milestone with them. Change is the only constant, she never stopped learning and pursuing her personal journey with aerial. Achievement is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out. She is looking forward to flying with you and being your friend.
