If you are skeptical at aerial yoga at your first try like Luk did, give it another chance with Hale and you might unlock a new world of fondness.

Years of experience in swimming and floor yoga has built Luk’s flexibility and strength. However, it never stopped her head from spinning nor her heart from racing when hanging upside down on fabric. It was the sense of accomplishment when achieving each seem-to-be-impossible sequence and the encouraging instructors that kept her coming back for more challenges.

After over 300 classes with Hale, Luk is now ready to give back the gratitude she once received from Hale mentors by sharing her knowledge and passion in aerial with other active souls.

Off the sports mode, Luk is often spotted somewhere munching on all sorts of yummy food during the day and feeding community cats at night.
