Susan was into sports in her school days, such as table tennis and many other ball games. Few years into work life, as participating in group sports becomes challenging due to work schedule, she started practicing yoga and aerial arts.

It was 2 years ago, on a cold winter day during her Shanghai trip, her host went “Let’s try aerial yoga today!” This was her first experience, and she found that working out with fabric is both challenging and fun. Back to Singapore, she began her aerial yoga journey since Hale’s inaugural.

Being an active child since young, no one would have known that Susan was a patient with congenital heart defect since birth and underwent a successful surgery at the age of 5. She believes that everyone’s journey to active lifestyle is different and hopes to help her students to enjoy their aerial yoga experience.
